The all new Mazda BT50 and Ford Ranger Intercooler is here!
Incorporating some of the most advanced automotive cooling technology, the PWR engineering team
has recently designed an intercooler suited to both the Mazda BT50 and Ford Ranger. As a result of
the superior tube and fin design characteristics, the PWR 670 x 250 x 68mm core offers over twice the core thickness over
the OEM Intercooler, giving you reduced air intake temps of up to 50%.

•On a 27 degree day, we were able to get intake temps to peak at just 7 degrees above ambient compared to the OEM intercooler which peaked at 37 degrees above ambient.
•Over 80Nm rear wheel torque gain when combined with Chip / Tune.
•Boost pressure drop reduced by 40%.
•Australian engineered & manufactured.
•CNC machined billet aluminium outlets used throughout with unique ribbed design helps eliminate hose blow-off issues seen on other kits.
•High quality Constant tension Murray Clamps.



The PWR unit is a direct fit replacement accepting the original boost pressure sensor, with only slight trimming of the removable plastic
air ducts being the only modification required.

Full colour fitting instructions are provided for both the intercooler and pipe kit install taking approx 2 hours to fit DIY.
